PROCESS/BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT

- Documentation Manager
- CMAT Analyst (Configuration Management)
- Reporting Analyst
- Billing Analyst - (temp 3-6 months)

3rd LEVEL SYSTEM SPECIALIST

Firewall System Engineer (4)
- system administration on Juniper Netscreen and Check Point components
- Set-up, maintenance and configuration of firewall components

Global Unix/Linux Systems Engineer (6)
- 2nd & 3rd Level system specialist
- Solaris / Red Hat / AIX

Global Unix/Linux Service Assurance Analyst (3)
- Develop, maintain and facilitate ITSM processes.
- Ensuring compliance, monitoring and auditing of Incident and Problem Mgt
- standardization of reporting definitions and measures

Oracle Database Administrator/Lead (4)
- Database administration and operation support of large scale Oracle database
- Proactive fine-tuning to achieve optimum performance and efficiency

SQL Database Administrator (2)
- 3rd level SQL Database Administrator
- At least 3 years hands on experience in SQL support

Share Point System Engineer (5)
- 3rd level system specialist
- Experience in Share Point technology

SAN Storage System Engineer (7)
- 3rd Level Specialist
- Windows, Unix and Solaris
- SAN, Fabric switch, Tape backup or Net Apps

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Engineer (4)
- 2nd level system specialist
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management support (Livelink, Archiving)

SOA System specialist (6)
- Familiarity with Linux and MySQL database server.
- Understanding of Tomcat and JBoss
- Awareness of VMware virtual machines

Security and Operations analyst (2)
- Security compliance analyst
- Knowledge of Wintel IT security, SOX and Trust Domain
- knowledge of ASP & SQL Query is an advantage
