tumpang tanya...sya baru je tkar hardisk cpu..mslahnya bla setup windows selepas reboot dia x keluar windows punya startup tp kluar blik windows pnya setup page..knape ek??sesape bleh tlong explain x?

Try setting BIOS to default, reseating IDE cables, double checking all of your settings basically.
