Pisang
(Musa Paradisiaca, Linn.) Sinonim : Familia : Musaceae Uraian : Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Asia dan tersebar di spanyol, Itali, Indonesia, Amerika dan bagian dunia yang lain. Tumbuhan pisang menyukai daerah alam terbuka yang cukup sinar matahari , cocok tumbuh didataran rendah sampai pada ketinggian 1000 meter lebih diatas permukaan laut. Pada dasarnya tanaman pisang merupakan tumbuhan yang tidak memiliki batang sejati. Batang pohonnya terbentuk dari perkembangan dan pertumbuhan pelepah pelepah yang mengelilingi poros lunak panjang , Batang pisang yang sebenarnya terdapat pada bonggol yang tersembunyi di dalam tanah Nama Lokal : Banana (Inggris), Tsiu, Cha (Cina), Pisyanga, Kila (India); Pisang (Indonesia), Klue (Thailand), Pyaw, Nget (Burma); Gedang (Jawa), Cau (Sunda), Biu (Bali), Puti (Lampung); Wusak lambi, lutu (Gorontalo), Kulo (Ambon), Uki (Timor); Penyakit Yang Dapat Diobati : Pendarahan rahim, Merapatkan vagina, Sariawan usus, Ambeien; Cacar air, Telinga dan Tenggorokan bengkak, Disentri, Amandel; Kanker perut, Sakit kuning (lever), Pendarahan usus besar, Diare; Pemanfaatan : 1. Kanker Perut Bahan: Tunas / anak batang pohon pisang dan 1 potong tumbuhan benalu teh Cara membuat: anak pisang diparut dan diambil airnya sebanyak 4 gelas, kemudian direbus bersama dengan benalu teh tersebut sampai mendidih hingga tinggal 2 gelas. Cara menggunakan: diminum 2 kali sehari 1 gelas, pagi dan sore dan dilakukan secara teratur. 2. Sakit Kuning Bahan: Buah pisang emas yang sudah masak Cara menggunakan: makan buah pisang emas yang banyak. 3. Keluarga Berencana Bahan: Bunga Pisang ambon Cara membuat: direbus dengan air sampai mendidih Cara menggunakan: diminum airnya 2 kali sehari, pagi hari dan sebelum tidur. Dilakukan selama 7 hari berturut turut sesudah menstruasi atau melahirkan. 4. Kemudian direbus bersama dengan bonggol benalu teh tersebut sampai mendidih hingga tinggal 1 gelas. Cara menggunakan: disaring dan diminum 1 kali sehari 1/2 gelas. 6. Mencegah Pendarahan Sehabis Melahirkan Bahan: batang pohon pisang Cara membuat: batang pohon pisang diparut untuk diambil airnya. Cara menggunakan: disaring dan diminum 2 kali sehari 1/2 gelas. 7. Sariawan Usus Bahan: Kulit buah pisang kluthuk yang sudah masak dan buah pisang mentah. Cara membuat: Kulit pisang kluthuk dan buah pisang mentah tersebut diiris-iris tipis, kemudian ditumbuk halus, diperas sampai keluar airnya dan diembun-embunkan semalam di luar rumah. Cara menggunakan: diminum setelah bangun tidur / pagi hari. 8. Merapatkan Vagina dan Mencegah Pendarahan Bahan: batang pohon pisang batu yang belum berbunga. Cara membuat: Pohon pisang dipancung untuk diambil airnya yang bersih Cara menggunakan: digunakan untuk mencuci Vagina setelah bersalin. 9. Ambeien Bahan: buah pisang kluthuk yang masih mentah, adas pulasari secukupnya dan 1 potong gula merah. Cara membuat: buah pisang kluthuk diparut untuk diambil airnya. Cara menggunakan: disaring dan diminum. 11. Telinga Bengkak Bahan: Kulit pisang kustruk Cara membuat: Kulit pisang dipanggang dan dalam keadaan hangat-hangat diperas untuk diambil airnya. Cara menggunakan: dioleskan pada bagian telinga yang bengkak. 12. Tenggorokan Bengkak Bahan: Bonggol pisang kapok (kepok) Cara membuat: Bonggol pisang diparut dan diperas untuk diambil airnya.
