- system administration on Juniper Netscreen and Check Point components
- Set-up, maintenance and configuration of firewall components

- 2nd & 3rd Level system specialist
- Solaris / Red Hat / AIX

Global Unix/Linux Service Assurance Analyst (3)
- Develop, maintain and facilitate ITSM processes.
- Ensuring compliance, monitoring and auditing of Incident and Problem Mgt
- standardization of reporting definitions and measures

Oracle Database Administrator/Lead (4)
- Database administration and operation support of large scale Oracle database
- Proactive fine-tuning to achieve optimum performance and efficiency
